Fireworks Extravaganza | Chester L. Davis Sportsplex (League City): Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, and come out to the Chester L. Davis Sportsplex on July 3 for an evening of food, fun, and FIREWORKS! There will be food trucks, live music from Velvet Punch, inflatables, and more. Fireworks start promptly at 9 p.m. Coolers are allowed. No alcohol, pop-up tents, drones, fireworks, or pets. Citizen Appreciation Day | Hometown Heroes Park (League City): On July 4, residents are invited to the annual League City Citizen Appreciation Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hometown Heroes Park. The free event will feature family-friendly activities, including a petting zoo, live entertainment, face painting, and moonwalks. League City Council and Parks Board members, the Mayor, and City staff will serve complimentary hot dogs, popcorn, and cotton candy. 4th of July Kids Parade | Rex Meador Park (Seabrook): Join us for this community event held every Fourth of July at Meador Park in Seabrook. All kids from the Seabrook community are invited to march in the parade that takes place on the trail outlining Meador Park.
