4th of July Fun Guide

Lone Star Flight Museum: 10 a.m. – noon: LSFM Aircraft Flying - Experience the sights and sounds of American airpower as our planes take to the skies. 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. :  Battleship Texas Gunner Trailer - Climb into the equipment that armed the Navy battleship, USS Texas. 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. : DC-3 Tours - Go back in time in this iconic American airliner. 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. : FREE Flight Simulators - Try your hand at ‘flying’ some of the most patriotic planes in US history. 11:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.: Battleship Texas Hangar Talk - Learn the history and significance of the first battleship declared a US National Historic Landmark.  Learn more here:

League City Fireworks Extravaganza: This family-friendly event is free and open to the public and includes a fireworks display, live music, inflatables, and food trucks. Bring your lawn chairs or blanket to enjoy an evening with family and friends as part of your Independence Day celebration. Fireworks will begin at sundown. Additional parking will be available at Hometown Heroes Park, along with a shuttle service. This event is sponsored by Ameriwaste. 6 to 9:30 p.m. Chester L. Davis Sportsplex, 1251 W. July 4th Free Pancake Breakfast:  Looking for a fun and delicious way to kick off your Independence Day festivities?

2022 Kemah 4th of July Parade (Jeeps):  It's time again for the annual City of Kemah July 4th Parade!  Decorate your แดถแต‰แต‰แต– and celebrate "๐“Ÿ๐“ฎ๐“ช๐“ฌ๐“ฎ, ๐“›๐“ธ๐“ฟ๐“ฎ, & ๐“˜๐“ท๐“ญ๐“ฎ๐“น๐“ฎ๐“ท๐“ญ๐“ฎ๐“ท๐“ฌ๐“ฎ" Day in Kemah!  ALL individual Jeeps, Jeep Clubs, etc. are invited to decorate their Jeeps and join in the FUN! ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—๐˜‚๐—น๐˜† ๐Ÿฐ๐˜๐—ต @ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ:๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐—ฎ๐—บ Parade runs through the Kemah Lighthouse District. The City of Friendswood 4th of July Celebration: It's a Friendswood Tradition, the 127th 4th of July Celebration!  10 AM to 10 PM   Parade, rides, vendors, music, performances, fireworks and more.  More information can be found here:

4th of July Kids Parade: Join us for this community event held in celebration of Independence Day at Meador Park in Seabrook. All kids from the Seabrook community are invited to march in the parade that takes place on the trail outlining Meador Park. Children may ride their bikes or tricycles in the parade and after, hot dogs and refreshments will be provided by Seabrook Rotary.  For more info:

Nassau Bay's Fourth of July Celebration: 12 PM - 930 PM at David Braun Park.  Join the City of Nassau Bay as we celebrate Independence Day with fun-filled activities throughout the day! The Special Events Committee is excited to host this event for the Nassau Bay community! This year’s event will kick off with Water Wars, a city-wide water fight, at 12:00PM. Starting at 6PM, join us at David Braun Park for food vendors, live music, and a pie contest. Fireworks start at 9 PM.  More info:

League City July 4th Citizen Appreciation Day : The City of League City will hold the annual July 4 celebration on Monday, July 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at League Park at 200 N. Park St. The Mayor, City Council, the Parks Board, and Parks and Recreation staff will be serving refreshments in appreciation of the citizens of League City. There will also be live music, bounce houses, face painter, and a petting zoo.  More info:

Star Spangled Sky Fireworks at the Kemah Boardwalk. We're lighting up the sky red, white and blue on the 4th of July (1- 11) so get to the Kemah Boardwalk early! Grab a bite to eat, ride the rides, enjoy live music, check out the Uncle Sam stilt-walker then end the night by watching patriotic fireworks. more info:
