Need a Stress Reliever? Bulldog Yoga on Your Own Time!

I was first introduced to yoga when I was in college and stressing over final exams.  Ever since then, it has been one my favorite forms of exercise and relaxation to calm my stress and anxiety - and quite honestly I need it more than ever during these crazy days.  One of the problems I seem to have is when I am stressed, I am usually also super busy!   This makes it much harder to convince myself to stop and drive to a yoga studio at a certain time to do a specific style of yoga class that I feel my body needs.  Many people do not realize that there are also SO many different types of yoga - everything from relaxing mediation to quick HIIT workouts - and I know that I need them all... but different types at different time.  I've always thought it would be so much easier to do the yoga I need to do to take care of myself on my own time, but I am not knowledgeable enough to put together a flow myself.  All of this is why I was SO excited to learn about Bulldog Yoga!
